Can I send to a PO Box address?

We will require a fixed delivery address where the courier can deliver to the recipient and obtain a signature.

We do not service PO Box addresses currently as the majority of our courier services do have the need for the goods to be signed for- however in the Middle East in locations such as the UAE it is commonplace for addresses to be PO Box based so they are the exception.

Zip codes/Postal codes and addresses that located on Google maps can remove a lot of hassle when it comes to supplying the delivery address. In case there is an issue, we advise to always provide a contact number of the recipient so the courier can make contact them if there is any issue. 

Your shipping labels will contain all the delivery information, and for some services you might be given two labels, one to get the package shipped to a sort depot and a second one with the final recipient address on it. Please always attach both shipping labels if you are provided with them as well as any Customs Documents.
