First Time User of Parcel Monkey

First time user and I think it's a good concept. A couple of suggestions starting with improving the instructions and chat on your web site which are not the best. I had a question about how to have a package picked up, sent a chat and got a response two days later. In the meantime a Fed Ex guy showed up to pick up the package.
Bottom line our friend in England received the package, we paid a lot less than other services. I will use Parcel Monkey again ...

Very efficient and affordable, they got the package to its foreign destination when they estimated it would be there. The entire process was so easy! The one knock I have is that package tracking is next to useless. Ignore trying to track it, and trust that they will get it delivered.

No-one came to pick up parcel from my home, i had to take them to FedEx depot. otherwise all went smoothly.
