Excellent service apart from the tracking, not at all accurate

The pickup time was for the whole day, which I would have appreciated more precision on that front. Other than that it worked fine and my package was sent in a timely manner. There more than day of delay before I knew it had been shipped and tracked correctly, which was a little unsettling, but it all worked out. I would use the service again.

This was my first time using Parcel Monkey and I have to say, I was impressed. I do however have a couple of suggestions, for international packages. Would it be possible to have picture examples of how and where to affix the shipping label and the customs declaration document. I rated this a 4 because no one could adequately answer my questions. Because of this, I had to go into my local FedEx store and they graciously took care of my labels. They also offered to take care of the package as it was FedEx ground. Package arrived at UK destination in 1 week - exactly 7 days.
