I was in shock and awe when the package I sent to my family in England arrived 3 days from pickup (at my U.S. residence) to delivery - and that was via the normal 2 week deadline period! I usually send packages to them via USPS. The price point for both is approximately the same, however, the convenience using Parcel Monkey, along with the speedy delivery process, tops USPS. The only negative for me as a newbie was initially figuring out the mailing process. It wasn't completely clear, but there are competent reps ready to help in the "chat" area. All in all, I give Parcel Monkey two thumbs up!!!

They picked up my package the next day, pricing was much cheaper than FedEx. Would use again.
