After searching online I found ParcelMonkey was the most cost effective freight solution and the package was delivered 4 days early. Very happy and can highly recommend. (Parcel was from Vancouver, USA to Auckland, New Zealand).

this shipment was a complete cluster-frig. The shipment stood still for a week and now I'm seeing an additional charge for "remote delivery" I've made several times before (to the same location) without such a charge. This is the last shipment with parcel monkey. F*ck you. I will work to poison as many relationships as I can for your firm.

Regret for the inconveneince. While checking DHL trackin ref# 1391765045 they charged you "Remote are delivery charge additionally". We will check and let you know.

DHL was great. The slowness of parcel monkey was terrible. In the past they shipped directly from SFO to Auckland. This time it went by truck from nor cal to Chicago to Cincinnati where it sat for days at both
