fedex did it again

fedex has damaged and mismanaged so many of my shipments. i try to stay with usps but sometimes its not an option. this currenty complaint was my item was shipped back to me because fedex destroyed a 1500 safety tripod (how is unknown as it is heavy duty metal tripod) but they managed to do it.
