First time user...I am totally impressed. I was reluctant when I found this service because their cost was half of all the other carriers. I was shipping a damaged product and really didn't care if it got rough handling, so I took a chance. Package arrived unscathed and on time with frequent updates along the way. Every step of the way they mimicked the BIG boys or exceeded them. Parcel Monkey has earned my business and is now my favorite shipper.
