UPS was to deliver on Monday, but misdirected the shipment to another state. And the package is delayed.

Beware of additional charges, absolute scam

Consistently get charged additional fees for apparent larger parcel dimensions despite always using standard box sizes. Absolute scam.

I was hesitant to use this service because I’m a first time user. The price was substantially less than going direct to UPS, and I expected a much longer delivery time but it arrived 4 days after I shipped. Will definitely use this in the future!

I used parcel monkey to send a package it would have been $132.00 but with Parcel Monkey it was $28.00. I took the package to UPS without an issue. The service is great and the parcel monkey app was easy to navigate with no problems. GREAT SERVICE. ups
