Waiting to hear back from UPS/Parcel Monkey about a final invoice charge for an additional $2.20 every time I ship a package. The package dimensions are a standard sized box with dimensions listed on outside of the box, and I always add 1 lb over the actual weight. Shipment to same destination each time.
