All 4 boxes I shipped arrived in deplorable condition. They had been smashed and the contents were visible through the holes in the boxes. Fortulnately, none of the contents were missing. UPS is awful.

Got my package there on the promised day, via UPS, at a price way below what the UPS Store itself would have charged. I'm not sure why things work this way but glad I found this service.
