I found Parcel Monkey last year when I was trying to send a package oversea, and it saved me 50% of the cost if I were to ship via UPS via their website. Last week, I used the service again for sending package oversea, it delivered again, and of course saved me more than 50% of the shipping cost, I am very happy with the service, and would use it again.

A little clunky

Not sure where the miscommunication was but somewhere my address was incorrectly processed which delayed delivery substantially and it would be helpful if the brokers could add the import or Customs charges incurred at the destination port to the original shipping quote. Even a predicted charge so as not to appear as an extra or hidden cost

Package Got To Chile Quick!

The speedometer got to its destination in Chile in less than a week. Cleared Customs with no problems.
