THE TRACKING @ UPS THST SHOWS DELIVERED-iS INCORRECT!! WHAT WAS DELIVERED WAS A LETTER TELLING HER TO GO TO EZEIZA - the airport two hours away for an 83 yr old without transportation to clear the Tax ID issue- she is not an importer!!
The delivery of this worldwide expedited package to Argentina to my aunt was a nightmare. It is still stuck in Customs for a nylon jacket -they ask for an importer number which she does not have. This was a gift and we have submitted the Government ID for her-which shows she is an 3 yr old person. The resolution department of UPS located in Guatemala had a difficult time understanding and communicating back on a timely basis.....the package after 30 days continues to be stuck in customs! I am asking for a return to me… this was an absolute waste of money and time.Parcel Monkey replied on 03/07/2024

Upon checking with UPS tracking, we can confirm that the package was delivered to the residential address. However, we have also opened a case with UPS to ascertain the current status of this shipment.
Regarding customs, it is necessary for the recipient to clear the package directly with them. We apologize for any difficulties this has caused and appreciate your understanding.
