Liars And Cheaters

I was quoted and paid $26.74 for an envelope with legal documents in it. Then I was charged $19 for adjustments. Okay, it was international, so maybe there was something added on. Now today I was charged another $86. This time for dimensions or weight of the package being below what the shipper found. For 4 documents in a manila envelope. I'm sure the measurements and weight were so off.
FRAUD and I will be contacting my bank to have these charges removed. Don't use them!Parcel Monkey replied on 13/09/2024

I am happy with the service provided by Parcel Monkey and UPS. My package arrived earlier than expected after the delivery date was moved back twice. It seems like Cebu is where UPS package tracking goes to die. No tracking from UPS once the package reached Cebu. This happened the last two times I received packages. They could at least say package handed off to third party for delivery. Overall good job. Thank you

5-star UPS having a 0-star agent in Egypt

My parcel, which contained only documents and weighed less than 0.4 lb., arrived in the destination country impressively fast—within 48 hours. However, it was held up by customs and security for over six days. The local UPS agent was unprofessional and gave off a sketchy vibe. In the end, I had to pay additional fees - more than 50% of the shipping cost- to get the parcel released. Throughout those six days, it felt like my parcel was being held hostage, and I had to pay a ransom to finally get it delivered.
